I keep getting the question, “Do you want to have a girl or a boy?” and I can’t honestly say. Girls are better than boys AND boys are better than girls. Besides: Number 1, I don’t get to decide, so what’s the point of wonderin’? (to quote Carousel). B) There are reasons why I prefer a son and reasons I prefer a daughter. Lastly, I truly just want a healthy, happy child, even though everyone hates when I say that.
